Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

  • 30 Days: Returns must be initiated and pre-authorized through their official online Returns Portal within 30 days of the delivery date. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

2. Item Condition Requirements (Important Restrictions)

  • Unopened Only: For environmental and hygiene reasons, products must be unopened with the security seal intact.
  • Final Sale Once Opened: Because TUSHY ships without outer cardboard shipping boxes to reduce waste, the company strictly states that once a product is opened or used, it is no longer eligible for return. (If you are unsure about toilet compatibility or sizing, it is recommended to contact customer support before purchasing).

3. Refund Method (Store Credit)

  • No Cash Refunds: Hello Tushy does not offer refunds to the original payment method. Refunds are issued strictly as Digital Merchandise Store Credit.
  • Validity: Store credit is valid for 5 years from the date of issuance.
  • Deductions: The issued store credit amount will have a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs deducted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items and orders are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Sale items, discounted bundles, or 2-packs
  • T-shirts and merchandise
  • Spare parts
  • Consumables: Toilet paper, Reboot Fiber Gummies, bathroom sprays, and coconut husk scrubbing pads
  • Orders shipped outside the contiguous United States and Canada

5. Product Warranty

While the return policy is strict, the products are covered by a warranty:

  • 1-Year Limited Warranty: All Tushy bidets come with a 12-month warranty covering parts and equipment. Defective parts due to manufacturing issues during this period will be replaced free of charge.
